Yes! We accept returns on all of our PLAIN fans ONLY.  Everything else we sell is bespoke and made to the customers individual requirements and as such is exempt from our Returns Policy. See our full T & C’s for exact details of our Returns Policy.

All orders must be examined within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. Any fans arriving in the not perfect condition that they were posted, due to damage in transit by Royal Mail, must be photographed and immediately emailed to us so we can rectify the situation ASAP. Damaged fans are to be returned & received before we send out replacements.  

Any and all discounts are discretionary and dependant on several factors. For orders of 75+ fans please use the contact box to let us know your order details and we will do our best to offer you a discount. Our Peak Season is our busiest time and we advise customers to place their orders, Dec – March to receive a guaranteed discount. 

Yes! If you own a Wedding related business…a wedding dress boutique, perhaps you’re an independent Wedding Planner or a wedding planner operating as part of a hotel, then please use the contact box to get in touch for more information.

Yes! On orders over 75+ fans we can colour match the paper and for smaller orders of less than 75 fans we can colour match the font of your order. Colour matching does incur an additional charge, but customers only pay for the additional cost of the materials in your chosen colour. Please be aware that should you wish to have your order in a shade that we do not have in stock, that there can be delays depending on what time of year you place your order. All our fans are made by hand, which is a very time consuming and labour intensive process. As such we do not offer trade prices on our CYOF™️ and Personalised Wedding fans.  However we do offer Trade prices on our Thermal Imprinting™️ and Full Colour Direct Printing services. Yes! If you don’t love any of our in-house designs or you’d like to create a mash-up of the designs we already sell, then we can easily accommodate your ideas for your order.  Should you wish to create something truly bespoke and unique for your special day or event, then we are more than happy to discuss your ideas and designs.
